General Information:

From now on, I will be extra strict on sea travel. Leaders will need to have ships to travel across water. (You can have more than one leader on a single ship)

Also, NPNs will have a more active role in managing their domestic affairs. I am doing this in hopes of making some of the smaller positions more playable in the future.

Liao Chien, Khan of the Hsing'Nu, Imperial Governor of Liao Province
Diplomacy: Liao-Tung(f), Shangtung(p)

The Khanate, raising another four thousand six hundred well-equipped mounted troops, decided it to re-take the region of Shangtung from the Honan. So, they marched their army of twelve thousand heavy cavalry troops led by the brilliant tactician Liao Xi-Ju, into the region to re-conquer it. However, this time the Honan army would meet them on the field of battle to answer the challenge. Honan's army was slighly larger, having about fifteen thousand mounted troops, mostly heavily armed. However, Honan's numerical advantage did not translate into favorable results, as Lia Liao Xi-Ju's strategy to concentrate on Honan flanks surprised the Honan leader, leading to their withdrawal. But the Honan would counter with an attack of their own that would give both armies a significant bloody nose. However, both armies would again reorganize and prepared for a third volley which would prove to be the deciding battle. By this time the Honan had lost their numerical advantage, but tries to keep a formation to give the illusion that they still had the greater force by spreading their army a bit thin. General Liao Xi-Ju immediately saw through this plot and ordered his troops to concentrate on the middle to burst through the Honan lines. This strategy worked perfectly as the Honan army was completely routed and devastated. General Liao Xi-Ju carried the day and claimed the region of Shangtung for the Khanate.

Lord Delatthi was sent on a diplomatic mission to Pegu, but that nation didn't take too well from such overtures and killed him on the spot. This declaration was proclaimed in Maya where he Consecrated a Cathedral before passing away in his sleep.
