There was successful diplomacy and some economic buildup during a time of difficult change. The people under the Shogunate"s rule had become accustomed to a strict ordering of roles within society. However, 10 years ago, Nareshi began instituting societal reforms, in which the role of the family and kinship became more important.  Many among the populace have been finding the adjustment difficult, but not impossible. It thought that with time, this transition will become fully integrated. Even now, the Shogun is seeing some progress with fresh ideas, and new ways of doing things.

The colonization of Africa continued with the enslavement and colonization of Mombassa and the enslavement of Masai. The city of Drishti was founded in Mogadishu and the city of Pratishthan was expanded. Ardhatada, the King"s brother and current Heir to the throne, married a Pegu girl who was transported to the new palace in Pratishthan where the wedding took place. Several new trading fleet also set sail for the first time.

Most of the empire"s resources were spent on economic expansion and some defensive measures. Prince Zohra was elevated to the position of heir when he returned to the Royal Palace, and began working on a family of his own. In Africa, there was religious conversion in Kilwa, and Scebeli was enslaved.

The Emperor concentrated on managing the merchant fleets, while his brother Hamadhamba administered the Empire. Prince Pesathi oversaw the construction of a vast navy that would eventually set sail to Africa to begin the cultivation of two coastal regions. Lord Adhaburti led another diplomatic convoy, and had significant success, despite having one of his aids die early on in the diplomatic efforts. The cultivation of Samatata also began this cycle.

The farohars continued to expand, although efforts were hampered when Grandmaster Haezahd died. Livnel took over the leadership, but died two years later. At this point, there were signs of trouble for the Farohars, but Adarmard, upon hearing the news of a possible uproar, returned to Mesopotamia and tried to take control of the leadership. His natural charm won the day, and he managed to settle things down. Apart from those events, the Farohars founded the city of Zongul in Galatia for the Dahak, and expanded the city of Diaponeus.

The Parthian Empire

Diplomacy and a Royal union brought Kophat Dagh into a tributary agreement with the Parthians. The fields of Carmania prospered as a result of significant investment, and the roads were extended to Registan. Apart from that, not much else happened except for some growth in the ranks of the cavalry.

Hearing the call from the North, Bantu, Shield of the Faithful, sees an opportunity to establish his order in the eyes of the world. Loading up all available surplus food, Bantu commissions a new fleet to deliver much needed food to his Coptic brothers in Egypt. This journey gave the order immediate status in that nation, as it helped to alleviate the famine that was plaguing the Egyptians.

During Bantu"s pilgrimage, Obioma and Endu concentrate on strengthening and growing the Order.

Emperor Abubakar died only after 4 years as emperor, and his wife Amenia took to the throne, as Abubakar"s son, Sarabis, was still too young to lead the empire. Fortunately, after the previous dynastic strife, the Empire was in no mood for more revolts. During this time, diplomatic efforts to reintegrate Faiyum and Danakil were successful, and Ghebel-Garib was forced back into the empire.
