Currently there are a big four BIG GIF-based maps available. These files are zipped, so you will need something like WinZip or WinRAR to decompress them. Then you will need a shareware tool like IrFan View to view and print them.

Rob Hanson has made a cool tool (with Perl and XML) to download any set of four adjoining maps, put them together, then make different sized versions of the quad. This application is GetMaps [Zipped, 2MB]. Instructions for setting it up and using GetMaps are here. Requires Win9x/NT/2K to run.
