The Spoils of War
When a war is ongoing against an
NPN there is a chance that the NPN will surrender to the attacker. This chance
is based on the following
·
The
Defending NPNs Command Rating
·
The
number of Friendly and Homeland Regions and Cities that are occupied
·
The
number of Friendly and
·
The
defeat of the national army.
Whenever a NPN is defeated by a
player or another NPN the victor can claim the spoils of victory. In game terms
this means that the victor can claim a number of Victory Spoils from the table
below depending on the level of victory achieved. Some of these can be stacked
so the effects would be cumulative. The GM will provide the number of spoils
available.
