The version 5.6 and above of the rules are not currently being used in Lords 19. Version 5.5 of the rules is though. So I suggest you dust off that set for now. If someone has a copy of the 5.5 version of the rules I would like to get a copy for web posting reasons. Thank you!
Census is not allowed as stated on the rules web pages. Please refer to it and your rulebook on what changes have been done. Gold used for Census will be taken as a bribe to the given leader to help keep his loyality.

THE NORSE KINGDOM OF ICELAND

Effects: none
And with the change of rulers the nation's government just continues on it's own. This nation
will forever be here until attacked. It's government is strong enough to keep it going with
rulers until the final end.

THE KINGDOM OF THE SVEAR
Thorfin
Effects: Agder (fa)
Thorfin ordered the expansion of Vettermark. He also ordered the construction of some public
work projects in Halland. He issued that the priest were to try and improve the religious
belief of the nation. He then traveled back home and ruled over his nation.
William of Vettermark stayed on in Agder and continued to talk with the people of this wilderness land. His talks lasted until the end of 1045 when a new treaty, military alliance, was signed.
Map changes: Vettermark is now a Type-Two Port City.
THE KINGDOM OF AENGLAND
Coenred, King of England
Effects: Brabant (fa), Maine (nt), Vermandois (ne)
Coenred took the reins of ruler back into his capable hands once more. Then government was
pleased to see the ruler take an active role in the ruling of his own nation once more. In
November of 1044, Coenred was married. It was a simple celebration for a stately wedding. It
was in November of the next year (1045) that things looked bright for Coenred became a father
with the birth of his first child, a son.
Desmond was given the task of traveling across the English Channel to Brabant. He had been sent there by his brother, Coenred, to talk the locals into a treaty. Desmond talked with the locals until the end of 1045 when he got a signed military alliance from the people of Brabant. No one cared that he had married a locals daughter being that it gives no benefit at all anyways.
Osric was given orders to travel the Channel and move in land to Maine. Osric was glad to be about again. He was truly a man who loved to travel. Once in Maine he settled down with the locals into a deep conversion. He really hoped that things would be good with the help of the good people of Maine. The talks were at an end in 1045 when the signed non-paying tribute was wax sealed.
Braden moved into Vermandois and stated talks with the locals. Raedwald and some agents of the government soon arrived and they aided Braden as best as they could. The locals kept laughing at them for some reason. This made Braden and Raedwald doubled their efforts. It was not until 1045 that they even bothered to ask what the laughing was all about. It was to their grief to learn at that time that the lands belonged to the government of le Royaume de France as a friendly providence.

THE KINGDOM OF HOLLAND
King Johan Ornebarne
Effects: none
Johan Ornebarne continues to be the ruler of this nation. How much longer will he continue to
be that though. What will become of the nation once his death occurs will have to be seen.

THE DUCHY OF BOHEMIA

Effects: Carinthia (ne), Swabia (t)
Regent Rega ordered the building of some public work projects in Thuringia. He also ordered the
beginning project of a roadway that would cross the mountains between Bohemia and Thuringia. The
roadway would be finished some other time. Rega then traveled into Thuringia and gathered some
troops there. The government was being watched over by Lord Fredrick.
Goldbull I was sent orders to move off to the land called Carinthia. He was to see what he could do with the locals there. His arrival was barely noticed and his talks with the people were not held in high praise. When the closing days of 1045 came upon him he learned he had gained nothing new here in Carinthia.
Sumava V stayed in Swabia and continued his talks with the locals. He was hoping to regain the resently lost treaty with the local lord. He talked until the end of 1045 and had only gained for the Duchy a paying tribute which did reopen the port for trade.

Effects: none
The people of France were finding the crawlings of the English to be funny. They sat and watched
as the English made fools of themselves in the land of Vermandois. The government just could not
believe it's luck that no one had come and attacked it so far. The only thing that occurred
here was some switching around of the current generals on staff. One had to be replaced due to
death.

FRANKONIA

Effects: none
Martin passed away in 1043. The other general, Arnald passed away about the same time as
Martin did. This left the nation in the hands of the only general left. He quickly appointed
men into the posts of general that were loyal to him and the government.

THE KINGDOM OF ITALY
Tiberius, King of Verona
Effects: none
Tiberius ordered the building of some public work projects within the cities of Naples, Reggio
and Taranto. He also ordered the building of a new length of roadway between the cities of
Pscara in Spoleto and Taranto in Apulia. He then ruled over the kingdom.
Map changes: A royal road was built connecting the cities of Pescara and Taranto.
EL REINO DE NAVARRE
Ferdinand, King of Navarre
Effects: none
Ferdinand ordered the construction of some public work projects within the lands of Andalusia,
Catalonia and Portugal. He then ordered the founding of two new port cities. One in Galacia to
be called Corunna and the second in Asturias to be called Bilbao. They were to both fae the
Bay of Biscay. Ferdinand then started to rule over his kingdom.
Phillip III was a widower in 1041. His wife had passed away from an illness. He was not remarried until 1043. He was then made a father in January of 1044 when the birth of his second child, another daughter, occurred. And finally in November of 1045, his third child, a son, was born.
Map changes: A Type-One Port city called Bilbao was founded in Asturias facing the Bay of
Biscay. A Type-One Port City called Corunna was founded in Galacia facing the Bay of Biscay.

THE DUCHY OF ESTONIA
Dmitri, Duke of Estonia
Effects: Livonia (f), Turku (a), Veposkava (a)
Dmitri ordered the construction of some public work projects within the land of Estonia. He also
ordered the expansion of the city of Helsinki. After issuing forth all these royal constructions
he settled down upon his throne and ruled over his Duchy. Dmitri was sadden in 1042 when the
death of the leader of Livonia was reported to him. He was happy that the good leader left his
lands to the crown and Duchy but still saddened.
Mickel Bolavich was given the task of traveling across the Gulf of Finland to the wilderness land of Turku. He had been sent there to talk to the locals about the Duchy again. Since Turku was now a part of the Duchy it was Mickel's hope to make it more of a part then before. His talks were focused on what the Duchy has down for other lands since they signed a full alliance or better with the Duchy. When the closing days of 1045 were upon him and the locals he asked for a concensuses and was happy to received the signed alliance treaty before returning it to the capital.
Boris Ivanovich traveled overland to the wilds of Veposkava. He had been sent here in the hopes of gaining a better alliance from the locals of Veposkava. His arrival came when the locals were celebrating a local tradition. Afterwards he began talks with the local governmental leaders. His talks were viewed with happy delights. The people of Veposkava were more then willing to better their current status with the Duchy. In 1045 this became true when a full alliance treaty was signed. Boris returned to the capital with this newly signed treaty in his hands and a smile on his face.

THE HIGH REPUBLIC OF HELLRIEGER
Lore, King of Poland
Effects: Little Poland (nt)
Lore ordered the construction of a new city in Lausatia. This new city was called Da'Nask. Lore
settled himself down on his throne and ruled over the nation. He only left the throneroom
just long enough to try and have some children with his wife. It did occur once in January of
1045 when the birth of his second child, a son, occurred. Lore was glad for the help the Lord
Bjorick gave during the rule.
Lord Kroi stayed in Little Poland. Lore had faith in him and hoped that he was due. Kroi talked just like he had all those times before. He smiled and went to the gathering and listened. He had done all of this before. When he was finishing his talks with the locals something different occurred this time. They agreed to sign a treaty. He quickly got their approval on a non-paying tribute with the High Republic.

THE GRAND DUCHY OF KIEV
Bryan, Archduke of Kiev
Effects: none
Bryan was not much into seeing the distance future picture he was more into the here and now.
He knew that for his newly created nation to survive that it was going to need an advisor and
then a royal family. First job was locating someone to advise him on building a strong nation.

THE ORIENTAL ROMAN EMPIRE
Heraclius, Eastern Roman Empire
Effects: none
Mauricius ordered the construction some public work projects within the cities of
Constantinople, Rhodes and Volos. He then ordered that a roadway be built betwen the cities of
Constantinople and Heraclea. He then settled down upon his throne to rule. He had been ruling
for just over three years when he suddenly passed away. Right there on the throne he slid over
and passed from this world. His son, Heraclius, was crowned the new emporer in the fall of 1044.
Map changes: A Royal Road was built from Constantinople in Constantinople to Heraclea in Thrace.
ASIA
The Middle East
THE HAMADID EMIRAT

And once again the nation was silent. The days when this place had been active don't even come
close to outweighing the days that it has just sat and waited.

THE BUWAYID EMIRATES
Mustarhad, Emir of Emirs, Protector of the Baghdad Caliph
Effects: none
Mustarhad was once more silent. His lands were rich and he had a high personal wealth as well.
The only thing that he really needed to do was take command of his nation to do something.

India
THE PRATIHARA EMPIRE OF KAUNAJ
Sahmir, Emporer of India
Effects: Anhivarta (fa), Dahala (a), Pawar (fa)
Sahmir ordered the construction of some public work projects within the cities of Kaunaj and
Thanesar. He also had the rebuilt city of Somantha expanded in size again. The last construction
he ordered was the building of a roadway from the city of Delhi in Tarain into the city of
Lahore in Sahis. His rule was strong and took five years to complete.
Chapal was given the task of traveling from Rajput down through Jihjhoti and across the mountains into Dahala and it's city. He had been sent there with a group of diplomat agents in the hopes of gaining a treaty from the people here. He started his talks in the countryside and marched his way into the city of Tripuri still talking about how the Empire of Kaunaj could help these people. His talks ended in 1045 when he had gained a signed full alliance treaty.
Eknath was handed orders to move himself to Anhivarta. He was to spend as much time there as he needed to complete the task he was assigned. His travel there was very quiet. Once in Antivarta he started talks with the people who lived in the countryside. He moved his speeches into the city of Kayal where he finished talking in 1045. He had gained a military alliance treaty from the good people of Antivarta.
Gaurang was given the easiest task of all the generals. He was sent to Pawar in the hopes that he would gain a treaty that would allow the empire to build a city within the land. His task was complete in 1045 when he had a signed military alliance within his hands for the Empire.
Map changes: A royal road was built linking the city of Delhi in Tarain to the city of Lahore
in Sahis.
THE KINGDOM OF MAGHADA
Punjab, Raja of Bengal
Effects: none
Punjab ordered the construction of some public work projects in Maghada. He also ordered the
expansion of the city of Bihar. Afterwards moved himself into the land of Gaur to defend it
from attacks. Maata traveled with his king to make sure he made it there safely.
Siddiq received orders to travel across the river into the land of Nadavaria. He started on his trip but he never reached Nadavaria safely. He passed away in June of 1041. Punjab did not appoint a replacement for the lost Siddiq until 1045.

Indochina and Indonesia
THE KINGDOM OF CHAMPA

The Kingdom of Champa continues to sit and wait. It's two lands were nothing when compared
to some of it's neighbors nearby.

The small Korean Kingdom just sits. The port city is being used by the nations around it as a
stop over. With some skill a player could turn this nation around and make it something before
it becomes a part of a larger nation nearby.

THE LAND OF THE RISING SUN

Effects: none
And the sun rose once more over the land of Kwanto. How much longer will it continue to do
so is beyond anyone understanding at this time.

THE EMPIRE OF JAPAN

Effects: none
Maybe the newly located advisor can straighten out this nation. Two of the three generals passed
away forcing the current ruler to appoint two new ones to the posts.

THE KINGDOM OF THE YANGTZE
Han Wonglang, King of Hupei
Effects: none
Han Wonglang first ordered the expansion of the cities of Yantai and Zhengzhou. He then ordered
the construction of some public work projects within the lands of Funiu, Honan, Hubei, Hunan and
Shentung. The last thing he ordered was the building of a roadway so the inland city of Chengdu
was connected to the port city of Koueichou. He then ruled over his kingdom. He did find time in
1045 to marry and father a son in November of that same year. He was also pleased when he was
told that the government had expanded and could use a new general so he appointed one.
Map changes: A royal road now connects the cities of Koueichou in Szechwan with the city of
Chengdu in Cheinnan. Yantai is now a Type-Two Port City.
OCEANIC
Polynesia and Australia
THE MOLUCCAS SEAHOLD
Taguma II
Effects: none
Taguma II ordered the constructrion of a new port city. This new city was called Davao and was
built on Mindanao facing the Moluccas Sea. He then settled down upon his throne and ruled over
the seahold. He became a father in October of 1042 with the birth of his son. And then in
October of 1044, he and his wife became parents once more with the birth of a second son.
Mugata, Taguma II's brother, became a father in October of 1043 when the birth of his first child, a daughter, occurred. Mugata mourned the loss of his wife in 1045.
Map changes: A Type-One Port City called Davao was founded on Mindanao facing the Moluccas Sea.
THE MAREE TRIBES
Yarran
Effects: Geelong (f)
Yarran ordered the expansion of the city of Nowra. He also ordered more public work projects
to be built within Wollongong. His most pleasing moment was when he sent some colonists off to
Geelong to colonize it in the name of the Maree Tribe. Yarran then ruled over his nation and
suffered a great loss in 1045 when his only son passed away.
Akama was married in the fall of 1041. He was a father in December of 1042 with the birth of his first child, a daughter. Akama mourned the loss of his wife in 1043 little did anyone know that he would follow her to the grave in 1045.
Map changes: Geelong was colonized to ( 1 / 9 ) Oceanic Pagan wilderness.
THE ARIKAT OF THE MAAORI
Makuta
Effects: Akaroa (a)
Makuta continued to just wait and watch his lands. His son, Kamut, on the other hand searched
for a wife for himself. He was married in the fall of 1043 and was a father in November of 1044
with the birth of a son.
Galta was the only general given orders. He was sent to Akaroa to start the peace talks with the people there. The hope was to change the current military allaince into something more useful to the nation for to the people of Akaroa. The talks Galta began lasted for five years. At the end of those years he was pleased to witness th signing of a full alliance between the people of Akaroa and Te Ika A Maui.

Northern Africa
EZ ZIRID EMIRAT AL MAHIDYA
Hanno ad Dawla
Effects: Awlil (nt)
Hanno ad Dawla ordered the construction of some public work projects in Merrakesh. He then
ordered that a roadway be built between the cities of Panormus and Caralis. Hanno was glad that
his nation was able to complete the roadway in a five year period of time. With the rule Hanno
started in 1041 which would last for the next five years the nation was linked under the
strength of his will and that of the government.
Hamilcar Dawla searched for a wife until the summer of 1044. After finally being married for the first time he soon discovered the joys of being a parent in in December of 1045 when the birth of his child, a daughter, occurred.
al'Baalz moved into the land of Awlil. He had been sent there to make peace with the people of the land. He started his speeches in 1041 but would only see them be made until the spring of 1043 when he would pass away with a non-paying tribute treaty in his hand. His replacement would not be appointed for anoth two years.
Map changes: A royal road now connects the cities of Panormus in Zirid with the city of Caralis
in Cheliff.
AL FATIMID CALIPHAT AL QAIRA
Osama, Caliph in Cairo
Effects: none
Al-Jabbari passed away in 1041. Osama being the strongest of the three generals quick placed
himself on the throne as the new ruler of the nation, this worked mostly because he was also
in command of most of the armies of the nation. Osama appointed a loyal subcommander of his
into the old post he once held.

Western Africa
THE DIA KINGDOM OF SONGHAY
Temne Ajami, Prince of Senegal, King of Songhay
Effects: Bani (nt)
Temne Ajami returned home to order the construction of some public work projects in the cities
of Badiar and Kumbi-Saleh. He would of liked to have built some in Senegal but he calculate the
cost for building within wilderness right so the money was sent back home. He had also ordered
the expansion of the cities of Badiar and Khangaba. He then ordered the founding of a new city
in Nupe. This new city was called Jukun. The last thing done was the finishing touches on the
roadway that would link the lands of Khalem and Senegal. He then witness the wedding between
Ikeme, the leader from Senegal, and Awura, the last daughter of King Mbu. Temne Ajami then
ruled over his kingdom and mourned the loss of his wife, Onyinye, in 1044.
Ndabuki and Olodum traveled to Bani in the hopes of gaining a treaty from this wilderness land. Olodum did all the talking while Ndabuki worked behind the scenes. No matter what Olodum thought Ndabuki was completely useless to him as he talked away. In the end, Olodum was lucky to get a non-paying tribute from the people of Bani.
Map changes: A Type-One City called Jukun was founded in Nupe. A royal road was constructured
between the lands of Khalem and Senegal.
THE TWIFO-HEMAN NATION

Effects: none
And the small population of people that actually live here in this coastal nation sit watching
their government do nothing at all. It's a lucky day to them when it switches rulers.

Eastern Africa
THE MAKURIA KINGDOM OF NUBIA
Akensebek, King of Nubia
Effects: Danakil (f), Zeila (ea)
Akensebek ordered the construction of some public work projects within the lands of Atbara
and Gezira. He also ordered the construction of a new city in the resently converted lands
of Danakil. This city would be a port city but the workers were not even a location so they
built it where they first came upon a good location. This location facing the Red Sea.
Akensebek ruled over his kingdom and even found time to sire a son in October of 1045.
Harkhuf was sent off to the land of Danakil. He had been sent there to bring this newly converted land into the kingdom as best as he could. The peace talks with the locals was quite easy now that they all believe in the same things. By the end of 1045 Harkhuf had no problem gaining a friendly treaty from the locals.
Premessu was sent off to the hostile lands of Zeila. The people here viewed him as a stranger and seemed to not want him around. Premessu had been sent there with a group of missionaries and a group of diplomats in the hope that they could convert the locals to join the Kingdom of Nubia. Premessu talked as the group went about their work. By the end of 1045 Premessu and the diplomats had changed the minds of the people enough to have gained an economic alliance and the missionaries had convert a small percentage of the locals to learn and preach the Coptic ways and beliefs.
Map changes: A Type-One Port City called Erkico was founded in Danakil facing the Red Sea.
Southern Africa
THE BAKONGO KINGDOM
Namodu, King of Bakongo
Effects: Bandundu (f)
The regent ordered the expansion of the city of Kango in Teke. After that he left the government
to run the kingdom as it had been for so long now.
Map changes: Kango is now a Type-Two Port City.
THE NEW WORLD
North America
THE MISSISSIPPIAN EMPIRE
Leaping Deer, The Great Turtle of the Snake
Effects: none
Leaping Deer ordered the building of some public work projects in Sauk. He also sent workers to
found a new port city in Sauk. They built it on a bay over looking the great lake. The site was
called Manitowoc by the workers so that's what the city was named. Leaping Deer took the
government under his own control since the general he had assigned to the task could not do the
job without running the government thinly. Leaping Deer welcomed his son as heir in 1042.
Map changes: A Type-One Port City called Manitowoc was founded in Sauk facing Lake Michigan.
THE MIWOK CONFEDERATION
Tuolumne
Effects: none
Tuolumne took some more time off. Only problem with that was her son, Hunting Coyote, passed
away in 1042 leaving the nation without a ruler and the lands were put under the thinnest
government they have evr suffered through yet.

THE ANASAZI NATION
Kchult
Effects: none
Kchult ordered the construction of some public work projects in the cities of Chaco, Chicu and
Snaketown. He then ordered a lesser roadway to cross the mountains from his capital in Chaco to
the city of Chicu. Afterwards he settled down upon his throne and ruled over the nation.
Map changes: A postal road was built to connect the city of Chaco in Anasazi with the city of
Chicu in Chiricaua.
THE PLAQUEMINE NATCHEZ

Effects: Karankawa (f), Tonkawa (f)
Two groups of colonists move out from the homeland. One moved west into Tonkawa and settled
there while the second group moved south through Mejcalero and then into Karankawa and settled
there. No one in the group was sure how this occurred it was like someone was whispering into
the ears of the people commanding them to do things the government had not.
Map changes: Karankawa has been colonize to a ( 1 / 6 ) North Amerind wilderness. Tonkawa has
been colonize to a ( 1 / 6 ) North Amerind wilderness.
Meso America
THE TOLTEC HEGEMONY OF CHICHEN ITZA
Shadow Walker
Effects: none
Shadow Walker ordered the construction of some public work projects to be built in Quiche. He
thn pordered that a lesser roadway be built across the mountains in Otomi and it's city of Tula
from Tres Zapotes. With all of this under construction his rule was the strongest it had been
in years.
Annoying Fly searched once again for a wife. When he was married in 1043 everyone was amazed but their amazement would not end there for in December of 1044 he became the father of twin sons. This must of been all his wife could take for the very next year she passed away very mysteriously.
Map changes: A postal road was built to connect the city of Tres Zapotes in Totonac with the
city of Tula in Otomi.
THE ARAWAK OF THE ISLANDS
Aruma
Effects: none
Aruma continued to rule over the island nation. He was quite proud of his son, Canom, for
finally marrying in 1041.
Canom became proud of himself in November of 1042 when his first child, a daughter, was born. He and his wife became even prouder parents when their second child, a son, was born in November of 1044. And finally in November of 1045, Canom and his wife welcomed a set of twin daughters into their family.

THE CHIBCHAN KINGDOM
Lanric, King of the Chibchan
Effects: none
Lanric ordered the construction of some public work projects in Guahibo before ruling over his
kingdom.
Map changes: Chicha was now a ( 2 / 6 ) cultivated North Amerind region.
South America
THE KINGDOM OF PARAIBA
Knute, King of Paraiba
Effects: none
Knute ordered the construction of some public work projects to be built within the lands of
Kraho and Piaul. He then ordered the expansion of Derck. Afterwards he settled down upon his
throne and ruled over the kingdom.
Ibapan and his wife had another child in December of 1044. This second child was another daughter. Then in December of 1045, Iapan and his wife had their son. After seven years of marriage the family line would continue in their son.
Map changes: Derck is now a Type-Two City.
THE MIGHTY INCAN EMPIRE
Lloque Yupanqui
Effects: Uru (f)
Lloque Yupanqui ordered the construction of some public work projects within the cities of
Abancay and Tiahuanacu. His last royal order was for a roadway to be built across the mountains
to link the cities of Hauri and Jauja. He wished for the empire a means by which to move men
and information faster between the cities. Lloque Yupanqui was glad to sit down upon his throne
for the next five years.
Chalcuchima moved into Uru and began talks with the locals. His whole task was to bring this land into the empire. He talked for the whole five years that he was there. WHen the final days of 1045 were upon him he was glad to witness the signing of the friendly treaty at last.

Wani ordered the construction of some public work projects within the lands of Tucarembo. He
also ordered the building of a roadway betwen the cities of Curitiba and Santos. After wards he
let the government run the Duchy.

Obsidian II ordered the construction of some public work projects within the city of Urupoi.
He also ordered the building of a new port city in Topocalma. This new city was called Santiago.
Obsidian II stated to rule over his nation but would never see it finished. He passed away
in 1043 leaving behind a young son and two brothers. A regent was appointed to rule until the
son was of age. Graphite was left running the government after his brother's death.
Slate, youngest brother of Obsidian II, was married in late 1043. Slate was a father in December of 1044 with the birth of a daughter. In December of 1045, Slate and his wife welcomed their second child, a son.
Map changes: A Type-One Port City called Santiago was founded in Topocalma facing the Sea of
Chile.
