TURN 03 ORDERS DUE Monday, November 1st, 1999, 11:59 p.m.
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND GM COMMENTS
A somethings to note:
The first thing is the cultivation build from the first turn is a permentant change of the terrian type from what it was to cultivation. It will now fall under the rules of a cultivated region from now on.
The second thing when writing your actions for your leader this: DP + 4. States for you are spenting the diplomacy amount with an addition 4 actions of support for a total of 8 leader actions spent on the diplomacy action. If that's not what you mean then start writing it like this: DP + 0.
The third thing just so everyone knows diplomatic marries do nothing for diplomatic relations. So if you were counting on it to give you a high bonus guess what, the Bonus is a big fat 0. The only diplomatic marriage allowed is that of an ally marrying a princess to be named as a prince of the nation. (BL of a 2 is needed for this to happen.)
The fourth thing is when building in region they you control at Non-Paying Tribute please note the rules I have posted on the rules page. They are what you will follow.
The last thing for this turn is, if you did not get a turn it's due to the fact you owe money. I will not sent a turn until the negative balance has been paid in full.

After a few month of sitting upon this chair he discovered that with the papers being handed to him to read that after he had read them they could be used to soften the seat and level out the one shorter leg. He was happy to get off the chair whenever it was most effective for him to be standing.

If you name appears in parentheses means you owe for this turn and if it's not paid for you don't play the next turn. Last chance for anyone owing. For the ones that owe here and are playing in Lords 16 also I will remove you from both games if the negative balance it's paid.
