Any cultivated region can be colonized to 2gp by spending 15gp and 15nfp per level.
Any or all of your support cost can be paid by nfp at 1nfp = 2gp
Recruitment A Merchant house, Open Nation, or Secret Empire may spend gp in 25gp blocks to attempt to get nfp for Megalithic Projects. Base amount is 1d6-1 for open nations and -2 for SEs. Note to SEs zero or less nfp result may get you exposed.

Lords 11 Unit Conversion
Each point of cavalry and infantry represents 500 fighting men.
A warship or transport point = 1 ships with 500 men aboard each ship.
A siege point = 500 sappers or 5 ballista, catapults, siege engines, trebuchets or battle towers.
A field fort point = 1 fort manned by 500 men each.
A wall point = 10 feet of city wall ramparts.

Because I don't like "Magic" Numbers I am using percentages for basically all bonuses i.e. normally for every 5 ap extra spent on an action you get a +1. Now each ap is worth +0.20. So 5ap still gets you +1 but instead of 4ap being useless it has an 80% chance of getting you a +1. Same basic system is used for gp bonuses.

Sa’id II
So saying Sa'id launched a mssive operation to bring his people back to Allah. An amry of Imans set out accross the country to bring the people back to the true faith. Allah was smiling on Sa'id as only Basra and Luristan revolted, the rest of the country returning to Allah. The army went out and retook both forcibly converting them back to the true faith. The noted Buyid leader El pat'ton was killed in the fighting in Luristan.
Quetta and Qazvin were expanded. Sa'id never saw the completion of his great effort for he died at the end of 1221 to be followed by his son Achmel who died at the end of 1224. Somehow the country held together during the rapid changing of rulers and Abu Nael, Sa'id's second son took over.

NUTQAK HORDE- Nomadic
Vachir
Vachir decided to pay a visit to Aleppo. So he took almost his entire army almost 630,000 men and off he went. First he took the undefended regions of Raqqah and Palmyra and the city of Dayr as Zaur. He then moved into Aleppo where he met the Aleppan army along with the Al Batnah horde with a combined force of over 470,000 men. Asad wanted to defend inside the city but Sheik Mohammad wanted nothing to do with that he was here for glorious battle not hiding behind walls! So Asad decided to come out and join Mohammad. The only advantage Vachir had was his very large army with lots of cavalry. The Aleppans were on familiar ground with very good intel. Both Zahir and Mohammad were much better commanders than Vachir.
In the opening round both sides has close to 95,000 casualties. Leader casualties were horrendous Vachir and both his aides were killed. Yusuf of the Al Batnah was killed and Zahir of Aleppo were captured. The Nutqak army had had enough and retired from the field. The entire nation fell in disarray with the recently captured provinces revolting. A charismatic commander took the army home to restore order.

Asad prepared his country for the coming of the Nutqak. He sent his intel service to attack the Nutqak by infiltration killing of leaders and stealing of the Treasury all of which failed. But with the help of the Al Batnah he did managed to stop the Nutqak invasion of his realm.
Asad joined the call for a holy war to reclaim Mecca for the true faith. Control over Mecca and Madina was lost to the Sword of Allah. Raqqah and Palmyra were returned to the true Faith.

Sheik Mohammad called a Jihad to free Mecca from the pagans. Joined
by Asad of Aleppo and Nabigh of Nafa. Muslims from all over the Mediterranean came
to Mecca and converted the people at the point of the sword. Afterwards they took over
control of Madina and Mecca to make sure it would always be safe and the Religious Order
Sword of Allah was born with its Fortress in Mecca.
Sheik Mohammad then led his men west across North Africa to liberate it from the Catholics.

Rome versus
Nafa on land 1221
The Roman forces moved of quickly into Cheliff easily
overrunning the forts guarding the region they then turned their attention to Kala-baida
which had just been reinforced by prince Dayyan. Over 110,000 Roman soldiers
including 25,000 siege engineers assaulted the city defended by 6,000 mercs and the crews
from over 130 ships and very large walls. After to bloody rounds the Romans called
off the assault and pulled back to Algeria leaving close to 40,000 dead. Nafa losses
were 1,500 dead mercs and 25 ships.
Sicily versus Magyar at sea
1222
Bin Aliazer was on patrol when he heard of the Magyar
looting Barqa, hoping to catch them before the could do more damage he took the entire
Sicilian fleet and every leader and went after them catching them in the Sea of
Libya. Battle ensued. The Magyars had hired Belisarius and any other Mercs
they could get their hands on plus a large fleet of their own over 140 ships with over
25,000 marines. Bin Aliazer had over 180 ships but only 6,000 marines. Charge
went both fleets. Splat went both fleets as close to 90% of both fleets were knocked
out of action. Both sides circled looking for an advantage, another swift engagement
and better than half of the remaining ships are out of action. Bin Aliazer pulled
one of his famous maneuvers and knocked the last Magyar ship out of action but his Flagship
was the only Sicilian ship left that could even be called combat worthy. He held the
site of the battle and could collect some prizes but could not pursue the beaten foe and
finish him. Half of both fleets were on the bottom all the marines were
dead. The Sicilians managed to capture 18 ships.
Nafa versus The NCC on land
early 1223
Ambrosius and Mordant lead the main Papal army into
Saragoza. As they were coming over the mountains Ambrosius's scouts reported the
Nafa army had been sighted at the mouths of the passes ready and waiting for
them. Ambrosius went to take a look and what he saw was not good. The Nafa
forces outnumbered him by about 30-50% and had the advantages of familiar terrain and
holding the passes against him. With luck maybe he could force the passes but if
things went badly he could lose his entire army. No, the risk was too great, he gave
the order and the army started pulling back.
Al Batnah versus Rome 1224
and 1225
Near the beginning of 1224 the Al Batnah arrived in
Africa to liberate it for Nafa, they quickly liberated Mahidia and moved on to Kabilya
and freed it and Port Sahib and then moved on into Algeria, 250,000 strong to meet the
65,000 Romans and their large fortifications they had built. The first round saw
both sides take about 20% casualties. Quintus Maguis Cotta was killed. Manius
having lost hope pulled out leaving the forts to cover his retreat. It took the
Al Batnah two more rounds to clean up all the forts. By that time Manius had made
his escape to Al'hauts. The Al Batnah having done the job they came to do headed
back across the coast and ended the turn in Barqa. Manius hearing that the Al
Batnah had left, came out of Al'Hauts to Kabilya where he hoped to get his army back to
Europe.
THE NAFA WIZARAT OF ID- Civilized

Nabigh looked around the ruins of Iberia and decided something must be done. Peace had been arranged with England and Castille but what about the rest of Catholic Europe and how was his empire to thrive in a world that seemed hostile to Muslims all around. He had a plan, first he joined in the call for Holy War to reclaim Mecca to get the more ardent followers of Islam out of his country, then he sent emissaries to Castille to discuss the merger of the two countries. Francisco king of Castille received the envoys and told them that a merger could only be done on several conditions. First the state religion must be Roman Catholic. "Done" said the envoys. Second the country must not be ruled from Morocco. The envoys said Castille was no better. After some discussion Granada was settled on. Third it would have to be a union between the two royal houses. His daughter Isabel would marry Nabigh and their children would rule the country. His younger daughter would marry Daryan. "Done" said the envoys. This made Francisco happy as his line would continue to rule since he had no sons and was getting on in years. Finally the national language must be Spanish. The envoys were not so sure about this one but after talking to Nabigh he said "yes." And so it was agreed the two countries would merge as The Empire of Spain. Several cities and regions revolted from Nafa as word of the religion spread but most were happy with it. A few of the outlying Castillian regions revolted as the change in government meant they saw no Tax collectors for several years and decided to go it on their own.
