ANNOUNCEMENTS

Impending Price Increase: I am woefully underpaid for all the work I do for Lords. Starting August 1st, per turn costs will increase by $1.00 for all nations. Thus the cost of your nation will be $4.00 plus 25¢ per BL. I thank you for your support.

Intel Ops Backfiring: These can backfire if the roll is that bad. Examples: CF may actually cause a scandal, SD might get the target region to hate you.

Leader Intel Restrictions: Leaders can attempt to perform any assassin action (like assassination, counter assassination, terrorism, jailbreak, crush rebellion), , but not regular operations actions. They cannot do religion operation actions either. Leaders can move secretly though, and perform RECON actions.
