Danes

Loki the Wise, Raider from the North, Crusher of Brittian

DIPLOMACY: Wessex (EA), Cornwall (EA)

Much was planed, but little was accomplished. The long time ally Njarl, while on his way out to sea in 885, somehow ended up in the sea, and the whole naval fleet went into chaos with 4 ships leaving, last seen heading towards the Rus Vikings. Thorfin was administering while Loki went over to Britain to play. He was found dead, stabbed in the back, and through his heart. The dagger was left in the wound, but it was not a normal dagger. The metal was pure black, and sharper then any other weapon the Danes have ever seen. The hilt had a design of a head with a turban wrapped around it, with two blood red gems as the eyes.

Norse

Thorfinn Rognvaldson

DIPLOMACY : Sweden (F)

Thorfinn, still struggling on government problems was muttering under his breath when his sister overheard him and offered a flippant answer "Why don’t you just combine our government with another?" Thorfinn, in a sour mood, due to his hangover, was tempted to marry her off to some street urchin just to get rid of her when he had a thought. She was correct!!! The Swedish King Ragnar was looking for a wife, perhaps it would work. So in 886 Thorfinn, with his sister in tow, went to Sweden to start the process. Much to his surprise the Swedes seemed to like his idea better then he did, and in 889 all of Sweden joined his cause. When he got home he almost died when he saw the wedding cost. There was some bad news, the Ally from Fjordane died in a freak raiding accident while landing in Ulster, but what everyone wants to know is, where did that great white shark come from?

"Bzzzzzzz"

"The human race lives for it’s Kings", Edu replied, " At the mad impulse of one mind, the slaughter of nations takes place."

"Bzzzzzzz"

"Perhaps it is time for peace"….Bzzzzzzz…. <SWAP> "But how can anyone accomplish anything with those little bugs sailing, I mean swarming about?"

"Sir, why don’t you just go to bed with your new wife things will look better in the morn."
