As part of the inter-turn conversion, if you have ship units on your stats that <em>your nation built<\/em> (they did not arrive via Export!) then you get a <em>free<\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/lords.throneworld.com\/wiki\/index.php\/Modern_Age:_The_Order_Form#CONSTRUCTION:_Factories_.26_Yards\">Dockyard<\/a> project.
